...and we're off

For my birthday this year I wanted to give myself and my family something that will, hopefully, last a lifetime. A "new" mother and wife. My goal is to lose sixty pounds by this day next year. I want my children to have healthy eating habits and a more active mother.

So get ready for a lot of weight loss updates, recipes and getting to know my family of four!

  1. I have 50 lbs to lose, and I know taking a year to do it would be a good idea. I am impatient, though, so I applaud you for making such a long goal. Best of luck, and I will be following your progress!

    1. Thanks, I have been told by a lot of others that getting the last 10 pounds off is the hardest so I gave myself an extra month or two to get it off.

      If I can complete my goal before a year then I will be happy. Even if I don't reach my goal, I will be close and in a much better position than I was a few weeks ago! Good luck to you as well, YOU CAN DO IT!
