TurboFire

I just made a 90 day commitment, my husband purchased TurboFire for me this evening. I am so excited to start a new program. I originally was going to do Insanity but my sister and her husband are moving next week, so I went with the program that a few others are starting in one of my support groups. I still want to do BBL and try shakeology, but right now I am going to have to stick with TF. Which I am perfectly fine with. I need something more challenging, dont get me wrong SI6 wasn't easy when I was starting off but it was just getting boring. I got the the third phase in a few weeks and I need to switch it up a little. I also need to get motivated again. Since we have been home, I havent been getting back into my old routine like I wish. I am not eating as healthy as I could and I am not really doing much working out. I want to I just have no motivation so hopefully this will change that. If I am still feeling the way I am now, then it has.

Have you finished TurboFire? I would love to see results, it helps my motivation.

We're Home!

We are home from the beach, and we had a blast! Sorry I didnt post, we thought we would have cell phone service and internet. I wish we could go back. The house was amazing and Miss A had a blast in the pool and playing in the sand. I forgot my camera at home, how can you forget that...right? I am so upset. "/

I do have to admit, I gained eight pounds. I ate a lot of junk food and didn't get to workout, unless you consider chasing a two year old up and down six flights of stairs every 10 minutes a workout. We ate out majority of the time and most of it was not very healthy. I had every intention of eating right and working out but it felt good to be able to relax and not have to worry about anything.

Now back to reality and eating healthy.

Weigh-In Wednesday and Slim In 6 Results

Slim in 6 ended today. I am going to keep doing it until I start my next program which is either going to be Insanity or Brazilian Butt Lift. My beachbody coach is doing a challenge group starting July, BBL and Shakeology. I have been wanting to try a shakeo for a while, fingers crossed the hubby says yes!

My final weigh-in for SI6...
182

I think I could have done better but I am happy with the results. I will continue to lose weight with this program and eating healthy. I am going to be so happy when I get into the 170's, I CAN NOT WAIT!

The 'Eat Your Heart Out' Diet

I found this 7 day cleanse/diet on Pinterest, yes I am an addict. I have been wanting to do this for a month now and decided this is the week.

'Eat Your Heart Out' Diet

Day one you eat as many fruits as you would like and drink your water. I would say this is the hardest day, maybe its just because I am on it? You cant do much with just fruits to make things more fulfilling.

Day two is vegetable day, eat as many vegetables as you would like. You also get to eat a baked potato this day. Try to stay away from the starchy veggies like peas, corn and beans. Dont forget to drink your water!

Day three is day one and two combined, just without the potato.

Day four is banana and milk day, eat up to 8 bananas and drink up to 8 glasses of skim milk. You can also substitute milk for weight watchers yogurt. Drink your water!

Day five you eat as much protein (chicken, fish, turkey, tofu) as you would like with 6 tomatoes. Drink a glass of water with each tomato!

Day six, almost done, eat your hearts content of protein (chicken, fish, turkey, tofu) and vegetables. NO potatoes.

Day seven you eat as much miracle soup as you please.

MIRACLE SOUP

2-3 large onions, chopped
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
5-6 celery stocks, chopped
2 large cans of diced tomatoes
2 pkgs Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix

Slightly blend tomatoes in blender and all all the vegetables in a pan add 4-6 cups of water, barley cover the vegetables, cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in the soup mix and cook until vegetables are tender.

Its hard, so far. I cant wait to eat some chicken! Spaghetti squash is for dinner tomorrow night, with tomato and garlic sauce.  Yumm!

I'm busy...

So, I am not blogging as much as I wish. We have had a lot going on and now with just a week away from a two week vacation, planning is going into over haul. We are getting everything that we need together and have started packing already. I am in the last few days of SI6, but I am going to keep at it until we get back from vacation.

I have totally messed up Weigh-in Wednesday, so sorry! I promise to get on track once things settle down around here, probably after we get back. I do get pictures, I just don't get time to post them. I will post some comparison pictures on Wednesday though, just to show a before and after with Slim in 6.

Today I started the cleanse I have told you guys that I was going to do, I will do a whole post on that and  then try to update as it goes. I found it on pinterest and shared it with a friend, she did it and lost almost 10 pounds on it. So a friend *Hi Anna!* and I have decided to do it together.

For some reason my weight has gone up again, I am guessing its muscle? I have gotten better at those planks...haha Right now I am sitting at 188, still ten pounds down from where I started six weeks ago but it could be better. So total I could have lost 20 pounds because after gaining and losing those pounds again I am sitting at 19 pounds lost, when in actuality it is only about 10...kicking myself right now! I really wish I just made more time for working out and making myself eat healthier on those days that my kitchen wasn't available.
